Hutton Park is a fully licensed residential park for people aged 50 and over, owned and managed by Steven & Andrew Ball. It is a community for permanent residents. We do not offer holiday stays or short-term accommodation.

Located in the seaside town of Weston-super-Mare in North Somerset, in the heart of the West Country, Hutton Park is just one mile from the town centre and seafront. Close to local shops, the hospital and other everyday amenities, it makes the perfect location for your retirement.

Our history

Hutton Park began as a holiday park in the 1940s and later became a fully licensed residential park. We have been welcoming residents for decades.
